Frequently asked questions

How long does a treatment last?

A session can last from 40 minutes to an hour on the first visit to receive a comprehensive assessment to create the best possible treatment plan.

How many treatments will I need?

The number of treatments varies depending on the condition and the person. Through the comprehensive assessment we will be able to make an initial prediction and create the plan together.  Our goal is to be able to bring about the desired result in the shortest amount of time, and to educate you on how to self-manage your condition. We always give a plan of exercises that you can perform at home or in your gym.

What do I need to bring with me?

it would help us if you could bring any imaging reports you have with you so that we can take this into account in our assessment. Wear comfortable clothing so that we can examine the area and you can apply any exercises you may need.
